Safe and reliable steam fittings designed, tested and Dixon® approved for use with the following steam hoses: ContiTech Flexsteel® 250, Texcel® Tex-Steam and Gates Plant Master

Crimp ferrule for 1” ID hose

• No-skive fitting system for ease of fabricating hose assemblies
• Positive metal-to-polymer seal in ground joint couplings
• Non-metallic polymer seal resists most chemicals found in manufacturing facilities
• Leakproof seal forms when metal head of the stem makes contact with the patented polymer seat in the spud

• Size ½ is under development with steam rack testing underway
• 316 SS ferrules are available on Made-To-Order requests
